Can all parents/guardians who have not yet submitted their child’s photo and passport/birth certificate please do so as soon as possible.

⚠️ Your child cannot be added to the team sheet on game days unless they are registered on the FAI system.

This also applies to any FAI forms that have been sent to you from FAI these must be completed, signed, and returned to:
