Full Time: Coole FC 5–8 Moneypoint AFC 💙💛

Moneypoint AFC came away from Gort with a fantastic 8-5 win after an exciting, end-to-end game packed with goals.

Moneypoint made the brighter start, with Darragh H opening the scoring before Coole quickly found an equaliser. Two quick-fire goals from Hayden K and Reece D put Moneypoint 3-1 ahead, but Coole continued to battle and pulled a goal back.

Darragh restored the two-goal advantage with his second of the game, only for Coole to respond again. Just before the break, Darragh completed his hat-trick to give Moneypoint a 5-3 half-time lead.

Moneypoint started the second half strongly, with Reece completing his hat-trick to make it 6-3. Shay M then struck twice to extend the lead to 8-3. Coole kept fighting until the final whistle and added two late goals, but Moneypoint had already done enough to secure a deserved 8-5 victory.

A brilliant attacking display, with great teamwork, determination and some excellent finishing. Well done to all the players on a good performance! 💙💛
