The curtain we thought had come down on the season for our super U13 girls after a cup semi-final defeat to league champions Bunratty has been lifted once again! 💛💙⚽

These girls battled bravely from start to finish and never gave up. Stand-in goalkeeper Maya P was deservedly named Player of the Match after producing some truly fantastic saves. 🧤👏

Bunratty’s experience showed through, but our girls kept their heads up and battled right until the final whistle. The development of these superstars, many of whom were playing the game for the very first time this season, has been absolutely fantastic and is a huge credit to every one of them. 🌟

We thought that was the end of the road, but then came the news… we have another crack at the Shield! 🏆

We face Tulla away in another semi-final next week, so there’s still plenty to play for! 💪💛💙

A massive thank you to all these amazing girls and their parents for their commitment, support and dedication throughout the season. It’s been some journey, and we’re incredibly proud of how far this group has come.

Now let’s regroup, give it absolutely everything next week and see if we can keep this adventure going! 🔥⚽
